Although even as a groupie, I have to admit their daytime lineup remains pretty sad...it needs, I don't know, Jilli, Goth Pundit. What does her Army of Darkness think about the midterms? Is there a pall, or would that just be another day at the office? Ion, I'm still annoyed with liberals who haven't got beyond that sixties "vast wasteland" thing when it comes to TV. First, I don't agree...I think much of what's on during this era will be a touchstone to later storytellers. Second, they always act like they split atoms with their kids while I catch on Leverage and paint my toenails. At the risk of being high school about it "Not."(I mean, I do watch Leverage and paint my toenails...I just don't believe that kids who don't watch TV write sestinas in French. I know one growing up and because TV was forbidden, she became obsessed by it.

I've found melatonin works really well. Freaky dreams, though. And, as Jess said, unregulated, so dosages taken with a grain of salt (I prefer the higher doses - 5 - 10 mg).

I finally bought a drop leaf table. It's not exactly what I wanted, but it's close enough, and a great price, and I'm tired of looking. Now I just need to clear out the space where I want to put it, so that the guy delivering it will be able to put it there.
