StW did reply, and basically just said "Thanks for being so understanding." I was hoping for a slightly more in depth answer, but at least it wasn't an outright rejection. But now I have a quandry - while tubing the other weekend, we met a couple we liked and I got the girl's phone number so we could all hang out. She texted me today to see if we wanted to go get drinks this week or next, and now I don't know what to do. I've told StW it's up to him to call me when he wants to see me, but I don't really want to tell this girl what's going on... anyone got a nice, delicate turn of phrase for me?

Spoke to the realtor. Eeeep. So the place I looked at on Friday, well, it's been on the market for 6 weeks and no nibbles. The selling realtor told mine do what ya gotta do to move it. So we put a low ball offer. My realtor finally got a hold of the selling one, and said to write up the offer! Tomorrow I sign offer, and then it's in the banks hands to accept the short sale offer. eeep! Keep your fingers crossed!
