Seriously. She had mentioned she was going to send me something "weird," but this in no way falls into the category of "weird." At all.
I think The Boy loves it even more than I do.

There is stuff in the pinata, but I don't want to break it. Hell no! So we're going to make the hatch on the underside a little bigger and get at the innards that way. So right now the spaceship is hanging above the stereo.
That is definitely a gorgeous spaceship pinata. Ginger, you've made me smile.
It IS ideal. But I dithered a lot before I put my spiral there because of the casual misogyny. I think if it had been a more horizontal image, I wouldn't have at all.
Yep, this. I fully intend my next tattoo to be on my lower back, but every time I tell someone that and they joke about me wanting a tramp stamp, it makes me cringe. I also dislike wife beater because of my work as a domestic violence crisis counselor. Seeing real life beaten wives makes any reference to them painful to me. I mostly let it go if I hear it being used, but I try never to use it myself.
ION, I am SO happy Drew is coming home tomorrow!
That is very cool. ( that was for the pinta)
extra yays for drew
Good news on Drew!
and for Aims: CamJep (Camel In Jeopardy) but with a happy ending, and photos.

Poor Bonny! Healing-ma to you.
I had never heard the term tramp stamp until HIMYM, and based on that episode I assumed it meant a tattoo that a guy gets talked into getting by a date while drunk. As in the tramp had stamped him with a tattoo.
Tramp stamp was definitely around before HIMYM. I thought it was funny in that episode because so much of their humor is irreverent and tied to popular culture, but it bugs me IRL.
