Damn it! You know what? I'm sick of this crap. I'm sick of being the guy who eats insects and gets the funny syphilis. As of this moment, it's over. I'm finished being everybody's butt monkey!

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

“Not dead yet!”

I understand it was in response to being stuck on the tarmac and not allowed to use the toilet.

What I read was a) he was drunk (quelle surprise!) and b) they were about to take off, so that's why the attendants wouldn't let him use the toilet.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

ah ... less understandable, then (but still deplorable)

Thrive to spite them

At least he didn't pee on a 11 year old girl.

Because books.

I'm sensing a "peeing on a plane" trend that needs to stop right the hell now. Ewww.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Hey y'all I skipped ahead to tell you there are always at least two crock pots sitting on the shelf of every resale shop I have ever been in. Even if the pot doesn't work you can probably find one with a lid that fits yours and scrap the rest.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I dunno, Amy. Just imagine Cobra Starship doing the theme song to the blockbuster Pees on a Plane movie!

I need more coffee. Shuddup!

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Hey.

Wow, it feels like I've been away for 2 weeks instead of a couple of days. It's been a couple of sad, busy days at Casa G-J. M is gone, and safely at Grandma's house in Asheville.

My brain feels sludgey.

It was "oophrectomy", BTW -- the removal of one or more ovaries (yes, there are usually two, but shit happens, so I stuck with the "or more" part of the statement.) My post that day was quick and error-full.

MFNLaw (god, I almost can't type that -- I know your IRL name, but I always think of your pseud as standing for "Motherfucker-in-law" which you most decidedly are NOT), job fair response sounds decidedly positive. Go, you!

Barb, I'm so glad that the kiddos arrived safely...and I am never, never, never sharing this story with Dan, and should we ever make it out to Seattle, all y'all are prohibited from mentioning it. M flying as unaccompanied minor would save us over $2000/year, but we have to wait a couple of years to do it, as both D and and ex are freaked over idea -- which I get, but I also have a couple of friends who are flight attendants so I know that kids are watched like they're crown jewels, and I'm pretty sure I could find a flight with a friend of a friend on board the first few times.

But nine is a little too young, I think. For M.

Kitty-ma to all who needs it.

Uh....that's all I can remember right now.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I love crockpots and need a new one. I've been coveting the All-Clad for a while now, but it is spendy.

I am sumi wrt tofu. Nom. I will totally throw a little shoyu on it and call it good.

I am all excited right now because I made it to the Japanese food store on my summer trip so I have my 25 pound bag of rice, plus shelf stable miso and ginger, wasabi powder, furikake, hon dashi, tea, soba, & udon. I am all set.

MFNLaw

I've always thought "Muther-Fuckin'-Law" which now I see there's an extra N in there but my first readings tend to stick when it comes to nicknames.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I love crockpots and need a new one. I've been coveting the All-Clad for a while now, but it is spendy.

We have a perfectly functional crock pot, but I registered for the All-Clad one anyway, knowing that there was very little chance I would actually get it. But it is just so shiny.
