I love crockpots and need a new one. I've been coveting the All-Clad for a while now, but it is spendy.
We have a perfectly functional crock pot, but I registered for the All-Clad one anyway, knowing that there was very little chance I would actually get it. But it is just so shiny.

I brought some bread home Monday but I want to buy different bread for a recipe today. This bread says 8/19 on it. Is it too late to freeze it?

I posted that, I think it was in Business? Anyway, glad someone liked it. BTW, I also found a tutorial about how to do your own palettes from digital photos, which I could hunt down again if anyone would be interested.
I don't think I had seen/clicked on that link the first time, but I LOVE it--I loooooove color. I mean, I always wanted to be more artistic or something, but don't have anything specific I want to draw or paint or sculpt....I just wanted to play with the colors. So pretty website. Mmm.
Meanwhile, I have been avoiding work ALL MORNING. Can someone please kick my ass into getting shit done? I also need to clean the house like WHOAH (It's starting to look all prototype Hoarders in here)

Our landlord is apparently not speaking to us at all and has apparently random people passing along messages to us. Sigh. I'm having a Gin and St Germain cocktail which is slightly lessening my rage toward everyone (Buffistas not included) today.
So apparently a year and a half after shoulder surgery, I should not still be having random moments of deep, aching pain and tingling fingers. Hubby had a visit with the surgeon--we share surgeons, how special--today, and to quote him, "Sometimes the bones don't get the message that we were serious when we went in and changed something." So I get to call for an appointment to pop into his office before work and get pictures of the shoulder to see what's going on.
I don't know if I want to have surgery again, but that thinking is because I've been going "It didn't do much blessed good, why do it again?" I really, really didn't like having my arm strapped up and motionless. Then again, I don't want to be told, "Oh, we did fix it as much as possible, welcome to the wonderful world of osteoarthritis."
