Good luck to all three of you! When's your interview?

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
My interview is at 10:30, local time. Roomie N's is at 9:30, local time.
SAIL'S CRUMBLE IS BETTER THAN MOSTLY HARMLESS. CHECK.
Sail, I'm glad you were able to get home safely.
Seska, I was thinking of you this morning. Stay safe~ma for you and yours.
Smonster, interview~ma to you and boards~ma to StW.
Interview luck!
I have been having a HORRIBLE flare-up of the ol' IBS. I haven't had a real problem with it in over a year, so I don't know whence this originated. (Uh, except for possibly eating too much gluten. Shut up.) Sunday night (rather, Monday 4 a.m.) I thought maybe my appendix had burst. But no, just IBS.
I'm having a devil of a time trying to get it under control, and I just want to stab my innards.
So I worked at home yesterday b/c of the IBS pain, and I came in to work this morning only to find out that they had a power surge/outage yesterday and everyone went home at 2. But the kicker is that my monitor is fried. I'd like to parlay this into a whole new computer, but I suspect that I'll just be getting a new monitor. (My boss works at home 2 days a week, and today is one of her home days, so Chatty took her monitor and connected it to my computer so I could actually get some work done.)
If anyone could have been arsed to, I don't know, CALL ME AND TELL ME about this, I would have just brought the laptop to work today. ISTG, I work with people who FEAR being proactive. It makes me ragey.

Interview~ma, smonster, and for you roommate, too! And boards~ma to StW.
Boy, it's nice to see things going in a positive direction for a change. Minus Teps guts. I will think positive of them, too, though, because really, guts, behave!
Interview~ma Smonster!
Steph, I hope you feel better soon.
Holy eff, ya'll. Got the carpets cleaned this morning and wow do they ever look fantastic!! I wish they weren't white, but oh well. I can't wait til Joe gets home tonight and can help me in the Massive Rearrange I have planned.
I'm starting to get tired of this place and I have found in places past that if I do a major overhaul of the furniture arrangement and such, it staves off the nomad in me for a little bit longer. Sometimes I feel strange that I like moving so much, but I just get tired of looking at the same walls and the same stuff in the same places. Drives me nuts.
So, this is the official word on the funnel cloud I saw last night: [link]
OK, Police called, Locksmith called, Neighbors informed, Realtor informed, and Housecleaner informed and requested to double check the windows being locked. Property Manager will file a report with the local police.
(Breathing a little easier now)
Oh, yay, Nora. Let's hope she disappears back into the woodwork quickly.
