I'm currently at a Denny's in western PA, where I stopped for lunch on my way to Columbus, which is where I'm stopping on my way to Lexington. States are really big when you leave the northeast.

A lawyer once told me that Federal student loans also discharge at age 65. His goal was to make it to 65 without paying them back.
I didn't think medical bills passed to next of kin, although I'm not sure where I got that idea.
I believe medical bills are charged to the "estate."
