I had no glasses on at the pool, so my eyes are kinda jacked right now, and I read Designer Whey as "Designer Whitey" and I spent 15 seconds going "WHAAAAT?"
Mmm. I gotta go to the store tonight, and I think I might pick up some stuff for smoothies.
Good idea! Even without Designer Whitey.
Goddamnit, I want a nap. And a long walk in cool dry weather. And maybe a beer. But mostly a nap.
I had a nap. It was awesome. I want another one.
I have paid two bills on the phone, and gotten decent customer service to help me get into both online accounts so I can pay them that way in the future. So that's good. I need to do dishes, and check CL for jobs, and proofread my resume one more time and send it out to several people, and keep unpacking, and work on my budget some more, and write some LInkedin recommendations, and call my landlord, and put some stuff in the freezer before it rots, and...
I want another nap.
"Designer Whitey" and I spent 15 seconds going "WHAAAAT?"
The who with the what now?
FYI, I find Designer WhitWhey at TJs.
I wish I could nap. Trying to nap just makes me sleepier.
Wonder if I could find Designer Whitey (hahaha) at Whole Foods... no TJs around here.
I'd have to substitute almond milk for soy milk, but I think that would taste even better. I never much liked soy milk and wasn't sad at all when I was encouraged to give it up. Apparently it fucks with one's thyroid.
The who with the what now?
Yes.
I'm finishing up a case of soy milk from Costco. When it is done, I'm definitely looking into almond milk. I, too, am assuming it will taste even better.
I also made my fake cake yesterday...this time with pecans, Designer W, dates, a bit of carob powder, a splash of vanilla and some chunky sea salt. It is of the YUM. And so rich, I can enjoy a 1/2 inch square and be fully satisfied.
I did not take a nap. I did dishes for 15 minutes and now I'm going to take Frankie for a walk. Man, this round of PMS/doldrums is a nasty one. I've got that not-so-good-ol' "moving through molasses" feeling.
I love almond milk. I happily do soy if I'm at a coffee shop or something, but at home it's all almond.
