and it was creepy.
Check. No yoga in creepy closed places.
I can't really do it at home because I don't have a mat and I slip too much. Even with grippy socks. I just need to get to the gym when classes are happening.
Blister is between two toes.
If it's superpuffy between toes, maybe bandage. But alternately I'd put some anti-chafe stuff like this or BodyGlide between them. My choice would depend on whether I was going to wear shoes that would squish them together or not. Squishy shoes and I'd bandage. Otherwise, slippy stuff and let them heal on their own.
Also my arm is all ouchy and aching from my vax yesterday, so downward dog might be really awkward when I collapsed. Best to do that when there is an audience and not in a creepy, closed studio. Someone might bring me ice.
Blister is between two toes. I think my fat feet just keep getting fatter and needing super wide shoes or something.
baby powder may work as well.
It won't help for blisters that are already there, but if you're getting blisters repeatedly in the same place you could try blister block: [link]
That stuff got me through some serious walking in office shoes when I worked a conference in Dakar a few years ago.
I like the idea of having sweater puppets.
Some of those tattoos (most. in fact) are really amazing work. They look great. I, just...getting a tattoo of Bats because your toddler likes him? That's so not how I operate with ink. My relationship to my skin is different. Also, corporate wage slave.
Thanks, all! Much appreciated!
oh I love the Google icon today. Love love love.
I'm excited to be freelancing, because now I have nothing (but my budget) holding me back from getting the small wrist tat I've been wanting for about 5 years now.
It will be very small, on the inside of of my right hand (my smart hand) and will be the Latin for "choose" or "Choice" -- I haven't decided.
And it will remind me that I have the power (right hand, my doing hand) to make the right decisions in my life.
Well, I have...a virus. My eye is swollen almost shut, I have swollen glands in plCes I didn't know existed and I get exhausted just taking a shower. My jaw aches, my neck aches, and my back aches. All from a random virus. I have not been this sick since I had mono.
Thankfully my parents are helping with the kids and the judge was okay with me not being there today.
