My therapist kept telling me to go by what he did and how he made me feel instead of what he said
I am going to try and keep that in mind.
Focusing on what might go wrong later will just bring that wrong into an otherwise fine present moment.

ah ha ha ha ha! I that ita said it because I thought it too. Well what I actually thought was, DH would love that shirt, although really the turtles should go all the way down.
My poor noodly boy. He has been sick since Wednesday, when he appeared in our bed around 4 am with a fever. His fever is gone but he's still quite droopy this morning.

Did the neck pain start around the same time you started the Cipro?
Does it seem more like muscle pain, like a stiff/sore neck? I'm just wondering if it's because you've been taking it easy and sleeping more since the surgery.
