Happy Bastille Day, everyone!
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Happy Bastille Day, everyone!
Happy birthday, Ouise and Zenkitty!
Happy Birthday, Ouise!
Happy birthday to you, Ouise! Isn't this a blindingly awesome day?
I just got a text that simply said "Hey this is" followed by the name of a person I do not know. Do I respond that they have the wrong number or just ignore them?
Sweet jinkies-- I just had to pep talk Nate into his first phone call to a girl. (The girl-- of the white chocolate zombie Easter bunny.)
I have no idea how I'm managing to sound so confident and like I know what I'm talking about, given that I failed so spectacularly at being a teenager.
Respond that you don't know who they are and they may have the wrong number.
So, I've been trying to listen to my body in my recovery. And my body said sleeeeeeep. I got up at 10 to take my meds, then went back to bed at 11:30. Got up at around 1, then fell asleep on the couch again at 2. Woke up at 4, took a spin around the block, actually felt hungry, so stopped and bought a sandwich. I ate half of it and am done.
I'm wondering if I'm so tired because I'm not eating. Since the surgery, I've had some soup, some rice cooked in broth, and some cheezits. And today's sandwich. But, I'm just not hungry.
I'd assume your body's tired because it's been, for lack of a better word, traumatized. And it's recovering. If anything, I'd think eating might make you a little tireder, since your body has to deal with digesting. (Do eat though! Fuel for recovery, etc.) I think your plan of Listening to the Body is a sound one.
Edited to remove random stray capital letter, and to say "Timelies!"
Oh Vortex! Horrified yet relieved by your picture. I hope you feel so much better.
