Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
Health-and-procedure ~ma for Steph and Vortex! Personally, I do not like anything that is referred to as a "procedure".
I use a squeeze bottle of 4Way, a saline solution with menthol (yes). It opens my head up pretty good. I've never heard of NeilMed.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
I first bought 4Way in NJ. Couldn't find it when I moved here (VA) so I bought a four-pack off Amazon. I don't know what if anything it would do for an infection, but for just keeping sinuses clear in these pollen-filled mountains, it's great.

Yeah, I'd be hesitant while sinus infected, but for everyday when my allergies are, well, Epic, sounds kinda awesome. Maybe I'll poke around next time I'm on drugstore.com.

Yeah, drugstore.com has it. I've bought there as well, just not in the multi-packs. They make a non-menthol version too.

I had dinner, drinks, and hangout (okay, makeout) time with St.W. Much better mood now. I talked to a dear and wise friend yesterday, and when I told her about waiting for the other shoe to drop/honeymoon period to end, she said, "Sometimes people just work. Maybe you two just work." She always knows just what to say.
Lots to do tomorrow. Must walk dog and get to sleep.
