Did I forget to mention that I GOT SOME FUNDING for my PhD? I should remedy that. I heard yesterday that an organization has given me enough money to cover research costs. I'm SO excited - especially because I may be able to pay my research participants, and I'll definitely be able to make it more accessible for them to take part in the research. Truly, St. Woot has blessed me.

Nora - actually, I was in the back with new neighbor C, who kept nodding in and out of consciousness. T was in the cab with St. Woot. I had to literally (for real) DRAG T away from the bar, where he was trying to get a beer for the road. He ended up swiping someone else's (IDEK), which he tried to take out in a bottle, and then promptly spilled outside.
