I'm just, uh, just feeling kinda... truthsome right now. And, uh... life's just too damn short for ifs and maybes.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

plenty of chocolate is vegan, as long as you stick with the dark, dairy free stuff :)

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

I know. But unless it's for cooking and baking, I'm a milk-chocolate person, myself.

Right now, on my TV: someone chose for the first round of specialised questions on Mastermind the subject of BtVS! I knew I'll like her, just based on the pantyhose she was wearing.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Drew, lots of ~ma for your doctor's appointment. I hope they can figure out what's wrong and you're feeling better without a lot of stress or pain.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

A student just emailed me, on the day that the homework is due, to ask for an extension, because he ordered the textbook online and it didn't arrive yet, and therefore he couldn't do the homework. Oh, hell no. There are around 2000 students on this campus taking this course, another several hundred in other courses that use the same textbook, and the book is on reserve in the library.

I used to wait until after I had gone to classes for a week to get my textbooks on the grounds that I wanted to see which ones I really needed before throwing money down. But I never let the profs know, and I for darn sure got any assignments in on time.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Mostly the "just add water to the powder!" already-made-food.

Technically, instant noodles are Japanese.

DH would save money by not buying a text book if he could get away with it. That never stopped him from completing assignments.

Things I have done today:

  • Started a load of laundry.
  • Had eggs for breakfast.
  • Walked to the auto shop to retrieve Daniel's car for him (so I can have *my* car back).
  • Fed the cats.
  • Put laundry on the line.
  • Applied bandage to Daniel's leg (the continued formation of blisters flumoxes me).

Time, I think, for nappage.
