Sir? I think you have a problem with your brain being missing.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I knew my coughing had gotten out of hand when the dog left the bed to sleep in the hall.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Just got off the phone with a reporter/blogger from NOLADefender.com about the Beers Not Bullets fundraiser I'm helping organize. Craziness- I started out just being one volunteer to help, and through a variety of events, became basically the chief organizer. It's exciting but NERVE WRACKING. Ah well, as long as everyone shows up, things should be fine.

This is the type of situation where the smart phone is both a blessing and a curse. Thank god I remembered to mute it before my massage today.

Event planning is stressful- if you do it well, no one notices the work involved and it's only when something goes awry that your efforts are exposed. (which can be annoying!)

Just a few more days...

Hi Ginger. Last time I asked you said you were better but still coughing a lot. Is the coughing any better?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Hmmmm, I was tempted by the idea of a fitbit but I really wanted an idea of how I was sleeping as well. I mean, I know when I *really* don't sleep but it'd be useful to have Actual Tracking Data. Except maybe that isn't something it excels at. Want data.

Also want the next hour to pass because I am sitting at the airport and booooooooooooored. Better than being stuck in either traffic or longer security lines but I am still kinda bored. Though there is a guy with a guitar who is occasionally singing and playing softly. He's not bad, actually.

Where are you headed, Cass?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

bon bon linked to something a long time ago I think that gave really detailed sleep data.

I will keep that in mind!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

The fitbit isn't perfect, but it tracks my sleep pretty good. For example, last night, 6.42 hours, which is not nearly enough for my taste.

I am heading home. And wishing I had a transporter because travel days are kinda long.
