You know, my big sister could really beat the crap out of her. I mean, really really.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I am heading home. And wishing I had a transporter because travel days are kinda long.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I am heading home. And wishing I had a transporter because travel days are kinda long.

Then, I hope your trip home feels quick and easy and you are soon curled up with the kitties and a glass of wine.

We had yummy brunch leftovers for dinner tonight. The strata I made is very nom worthy. And we're watching the final season of The Tudors. All the suspense they try to build up is lost on me because I know too much of the history of the period, but it is still fun.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Typo, thanks for asking. I'm afraid I'm still coughing and at the moment, I have no voice at all. Probably my Saturday at the ballpark didn't help. The Braves stopped playing baseball and started playing "how many different ways can we drop the ball." There may have been yelling. Also, there was a two-hour rain delay, and about all you can do during a rain delay is talk.

How's your mouth doing?

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Okay, because I'm feeling futless, I'm going to list what I've done today: took Frankie on a long walk; did dishes (no dishwasher); put shelves back in tall bookshelf (including fixing bent support); assembled two end tables and a coffee table; worked on my resume for 1/2 hr; tried to move my modem/router assembly and then had to redo EVERYTHING, which took an hour, for realz; set up and tested my printer; printed an application for the dog park; started unpacking and shelving CDs and DVDs; breakup counseling for my brother (my family, we are ridic).

Goals for the rest of tonight: sync budget software with bank account; fill out a form and prep to mail; and, uh, that might be it. Reward - watch an episode of Treme.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

All the suspense they try to build up is lost on me because I know too much of the history of the period, but it is still fun.

I'm in a similar position watching Rome. It's still very well done.

Stupid getting home late means I can't get the cats from kitty jail until tomorrow. But I'll still be glad to be there.

Seeing my parents was awesome but I can get very overwhelmed with the rest of the family. Plus how is every single person Not Me such a morning person? Mmmm, sleeping in. Of course they all go to bed early and have no trouble sleeping. I might be more of a morning person if I could easily fall asleep too.

Strata sounds yummy. I think I should either grab food now or plan to grab something on the way home. I think I left the cupboards quite bare.

ooh, Dana, I didn't realize you had one too! Wanna be friends on the site for extra motivation? I use my profile email there.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I'm not entirely sure how to add friends. Also, you and shrift would kick my ass so seriously that I suspect I'd find it kind of demoralizing to compare.

Hah! I suspect shrift would kick both our asses--I did really well yesterday, but that's because it was the first full day I was using it. ;)

Man, I brought some forms I have been putting off filling out to do on the plane. Guess who packed her pens in the bag in the overhead? Oh yeah. And I'm window and already seated because I happily take the first row after first class if I get a window seat. It's worth having no tray and often no place under the seat ahead of me to get on the plane and try to ignore everything until I land. So I need to remember to fill out the forms at home instead. Planes are just so good for giving me focused time. Or I am bad at focus. One of those. Turtles!
