Can't you ever get your mind out of the hellmouth?

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I'm still never sure where all of my bruises have come from

me too.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

That's great, Barb—go Nate!

I use to have loads of bruises on my shins as a kid. Now I just have some interesting knee scars and places where the skin's so dispirited it won't even tan.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I bruise horribly. My mom was always worried I had a blood disorder or something dramatic. Nope. Just walked into doors a lot. Both my kids are bruised a fair bit of the time as well. Franny fell off the monkey bars at one play date and came home with a huge, deep bruise on the back of her thigh. That was bad.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

(Oh, and the girl he got the chocolate zombie bunny for at Easter told him she likes him today and they've got Plans to see each other over the summer.)

This makes my day better.

So apparently, if you have an allergic reaction to one of the antibiotic eye drops prescribed for pink eye, they won't prescribe any of the others to replace it without another office visit. The good news is, the OTC allergy eye drops they recommended seems to at least temporarily ease my desire to claw my eyes out.

What a hassle, WindSparrow. I'm glad you're getting some relief.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Go Nate! And go Barb and DH for making the move right for them.

WS, hope you get relief soon.

Met friend's hubby and other FoaF, T. Hubby charming and sneaky generous. T very sweet. Not drunk but pronouns lost - T and I begged off but A is still going - anything that happens from here is Not My Fault. Another (local) author was there, too - Bill Loehfelm - nice guy.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I'm sorry to hear that, because they are good about so many things.

yeah, they do a lot of community stuff and they treat their employees well. They also train them in customer service. At least they are not hypocritical about it, I suppose.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I am thriled Nate is doing so well. It's wonderful.

Andi, have you tried OpconA? It's been amazing on my allergy eyes. Spendy but I don't claw my eyes out.

Comply? Where did she get... how did she... whaaa?

With nothing in the way of pesky facts, I'll blame Jilli.

Had a nice birthday. Pleaseantly full now and I got to hear that I don't look 40. Including from the Niecelet. We shared wine and food and mocked my sister who is bringing a boy to a big family thing but refuses to acknowledge she's dating. Dude, you either cop to it or hide them. Learn from the master.... But, no, she tries to have both. So we mocked her. And talked fannish geek stuff. Cause Niecelet rocks. As do the parents.

Tummy full. Toes sparkly. I can face forty.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Just Googled and it's the same active ingredient.

And, this is the technical term, it's the SHIT.
