Ha, one of my girls on facebook is in this phase. She's all, OMG Mavs totally won there (sic) first NBA Champion, XOXO my luv.
But she's a teenager, so I think she's allowed.
I only got to do that once. ever.
Hey, Bitches!

This.
I'm on my last countdown towards summer break. 2.5 days left! Whee!
I start summer drama camp on Monday, so I will have all of 4 days off, so not much of a summer break. Over the weekend I did finally write the play for this summer. That's not last minute, is it, if camp doesn't start for a whole week?? It should be a fun play. It's called "Zombeo and Juliet." Zombies and Shakespeare! What could be more fun??
huh - I didn't realize they still made station wagons - thought everyone had gone to SUVs and suchlike. (And one of my adolescent accomplishments was being able to parallel park a Ford Country Squire station wagon.)
Drama camp! That sounds fabulous! And who doesn't love zombies and shakespeare!

I think they stopped for a while. I think my 1996 Buick Roadmaster was among the last ones. But apparently they're back!
I drove a REALLY REALLY LONG station wagon for a while in grad school, while my car was getting fixed.
The thing was the length of a city block, and one of the tires was so old, it just fell to flapping pieces on a back road in Missouri one hot summer day.
Did I show you our swag wag complete with upgrade specifications from my camp girls.
In Ryan's continuing linguistic development, he now uses the proper tones when speaking Chinese. From an English-speaker's perspective, this is quite awesome, like this is the first thing in which he surpasses me. In English development, he's now comfortable stringing together two words at a time, and he now knows both "koala" and "kangaroo" (which he calls "karoo").
Oh! And I did my exam on Friday, another semester over. So that's nice.
Well Done Ryan with the linguistics and Good Job billytea for another semester accomplished.
And oh, that reminds me: Station wagon love!
