Oops, mighta overdone it today. Spent the day picking up trash by the side of the freeway for work-group highway adoption, then helped friends paint their house (preliminary scraping and sealing, the real painting will be tomorrow) then went to a long walk to the library and back, then tackled the back yard with the push mower. Very sore. And there's a point on my back that periodically feels like it's been splattered with hot oil and burning. But it's not. It's fine, just feels like burning. Sure hope that goes away soon!

I messed up my back tonight, probably by slouching. I am trying to stretch and Advil it out. It's the stupidest sore back ever. It's not even hurting when I am sitting on the couch. It was when I was picking up the house that I noticed it. Really? My back should not encourage me to be slothful. I need no encouragement in this direction.

I am one big ball of stress. But my mom is coming to pack again, and I have two strong people (the goat farmers I've been helping!) coming this morning, and two more strong people coming this afternoon. I leave Friday, but need to be out of the house by 6 pm tomorrow, and want to get as much done as possible today.
