[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Thrive to spite them

smonster glad you got such an awesome house!

Nora, I'm sorry about your grandma and upcoming family shenanigans.

Nora, yeah I'm still getting used to the differences in seasons and things, but so far I like everything. Especially having different towns so close by. St Albans is small but it doesn't take that long to get to Burlington or Williston or wherever. My commute when I first started working at the airport took a little bit longer than it takes to get to Burlington.

It also means I have a bigger variety of food and places to eat. There are 2 new food carts on Church St in Burlington - a Turkish tea cart that also serves food and a mashed potato cart. They based it off the mashed potato bars you see at weddings. Only they fry the mashed potatoes up on a grill and mix in the toppings right there.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

{{{Nora}}} I'm so sorry for your loss. May the family drama be less dramatic than you expect it to be.

Art Crawl!!!

Is the first (I think it's the first) Ben & Jerry's in the converted gas station still there?

Oh, what memories I have of going there in all sorts of weather for luscious ice cream. Of course, UVM also had a lovely dairy bar with excellent ice cream and lots of other dairy products.

smonster: whoo hoo for NOLA!

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Nora, I am so sorry about your grandmother. Peace and strength to you and your family.

Woohoo, smonster! Did you say it has a guest room, too? :)

ION, OW. I woke up feeling like I had an eyelash in my eye, but don't see one, and have put lots of drops in and it still hurts like whoa. GRRR. OW.

“Not dead yet!”

Nora, so very sorry for your loss, sweetie. May your visit home go with minimal angst.

YAY, smonster on IC NOLA home! Erin, I'm thinking Dorian's going to require some research, yes, what with all the other, erm... attractions?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

NOM! Between that and the Alchemist, maybe Tom and I will summer in the Waterbury/Burlington area this year...

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Three bedrooms, and I think at this rent I can afford to keep one open!
