Yay, smonster! Keep in mind that once you get down here it'll be easier to meet folks and find a position through full time networking so even if you don't have the dream job right away, it will pay the bills till you get something better.

Holy sinus attack from hell. I've been slacking on the neti pot and the claritin lately because things have seemed better. Until this morning when I got so congested that I could barely see. Now all better & drugged. I can feel the crap draining. O how gross.

Nora, I was like, la la la Green Corps la la la CORE's BPI training la la la Global Green la la la Bill R. la la la SEEA... Ironically, my non-dream jobs will likely pay better than my dream job.

I talked to the supervisor who said BC/BS doesn't know what they are talking about and they have to take me.

I asked how am I supposed to make sure they take me when BC/BS says they won't. I got really upset becasue it's contradictory information and I don't know who to believe or how to get anyone to agree.

I'd be FINE with BC/BS IF I knew I could get coverage. But I don't want to send in a form, then be denied and STILL be out of my money.

Plus I knocked over the lamp I just bought from Wal Mart and broke a part of it off. It's a tochierre style with a side reading lamp and I broke the reading part off. Now I'm trying to decide if it's honest if I package it back up and try to exchange it.

Seska I didn't mention it but your wedding pictures were wonderful. Will was over and we looked at them together. You and The Girl look so happy!! I loved both of your dresses.

I've tentantively gotten some where. Ceridian is putting in an emergency selection and by Monday I should be enrolled in BC/BS Florida.

I'll find out then if they will cover me or not.

According to the Cerdiain person I spoke to this time the way the business plan works is this - if you send a check and the money is dispersed and then the insurance options refuse to cover you, it's seen as the same as ME rejecting service./ And they get to keep my money. I kept saying "But I'm not rejecting services, the scenario is what if they reject me." The answer "it's not fair, but it's the same."

The plan adminstator at my former job doesn't agree with that and did say if they if for some reason I can't be covered under BC/BS Florida then they (my former job) will reimburse me the money.
