Well, if we followed the recipe...should be cake. A demon-violence-free-zone cake.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I just accidentally sent an email to the wrong person. It was supposed to be an email to my supervisor, asking what to do about a particular student, because he wants to retake the final, and he reasons don't really fit into any of the guidelines for whether I should say yes or no. I sent the email to the student instead. There wasn't really anything in there that I didn't want the student to see, but I still feel dumb.

Our wings are not tired.

Now I want internet links to my laundry equipment. Awesome.

Hil, the student probably assumed you were keeping him in the loop.

Work~ma and Health~ma to thems that need it.

Still crazed here. Need vacation.

Sorry brenda. ~ma on the work front for you.

Hil, I've totally done stuff like that before, so I feel your pain. I'm more likely to send embarrassing things to the wrong people (considering the things I email to some people, I DON'T WANT TO CROSS THE STREAMS) due to inattention and auto-complete on my gmail.

Hil, that is embarrassing, but at least you'll be able to say "wasn't my decision"?

Brenda, how stressful! I hope you have relaxing weekend plans.

Went home early due to a migraine, but I was so out of it that I left my iPhone on my desk, and it's my only phone. Noooooooo!

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

amyth, can someone get it and drop it by your place?

ION, on the Search For A Mineral Powder to Replace Aromaleigh, I have tried Alima, and it did not seem to have good staying power on me. Which is sad, because I liked the shade a lot.

So I'm trying Everyday Minerals, since they offer a free sample kit in a range of colors within a basic skin tone (i.e., fair, medium, etc.).

I ordered the sample kit this morning, and literally 6 minutes after I ordered, I got a message saying it had shipped. That's Zappos-like in its swiftness. I'm impressed. (Apple, I AM LOOKING AT YOU. Ship my MPB now, please.)

Tep, I'm working on it, thanks. I sent out a bunch of emails, but unfortunately my tolerance for looking at a computer screen right now is low. If only I had my iPhone!

My boss just brought me home, and then she was bringing her husband home, and then she was going to be the only person in the office, due to student move-out, me leaving early, one person out sick, and one on vacation. I sent her an email, but I don't know if she'll be able to get away.

I'm hoping smonster or Calli will be able to get it, but it gets complicated if my boss isn't there, because the door will be locked and it's coded. Would be easier if, well, I had a phone. Bah. This screen is too bright. Need to go to sleep. Who needs a phone when they're sleeping, anyway? It'll still be there tomorrow. I need to be a little less in love with my iPhone.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

amyth, I hope you feel better and someone can get your phone for you.

G definitely has the steroid munchies. He just ate 2 sandwiches when usually I'm begging him to finish one.

I'm right there with him. My last steroid dose was this morning, and I am SO TIRED of wanting to eat everything that can't outrun me.
