I've had a productive day - got a front bracket for my car, got my VT license and car registered. Wrangled with the insurance and COBRA people - evidently I was supposed to sign up with Blue Cross Blue Shield for COBRA and I will be switched over in June. Had Lunch with Will, although I won't see him again this week until maybe Thursday.
Oh and opened a bank account at the credit union. And talked to 3 people who've been to Florida. The guy at Advanced Auto Parts who goes down for a few weeks every year to the "redneck part of Florida" (his words); the DMV guy - who went to Del Ray Beach and south Florida and hated it because there wasn't enough nature (I told him he should try North Florida and talked up our state parks and outdoorsy stuff), and the bank clerk who is going to Disney on 4 July weekend. Her in laws picked the date.
I gave her some survive the heat and sun tips.
I also had a St Albans pizza at the local pizza place. It's a white pizza topped with sweet Italian sausage, Granny Smith Apples, onions, and VT cheddar cheese. It was really yummy. The Granny Smith apples were a good contrast to the cheese and sausage.

I miss you! We must make PLANS for another visit!
I miss you too! And we MUST make a visit happen soon. Things got tricky when we realized we were going to have to push our honeymoon to June, what with M's research trip taking up most of May/early June, but hopefully we can find a time later in the summer or fall? It will happen!
Also, your tag never fails to crack me up, and I don't have the slightest idea what it's about or where it comes from but I love it!
