Happy birthday, Drew!
Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
The coloring talk makes me shudder. I hate staying in the lines.
I think it is precisely because I am so outside the lines in my life/head, I find the lines comforting.
Thanks, Ginger. You just helped me to answer a question several people have asked.
Huh. Cool.
The coloring talk makes me shudder. I hate staying in the lines.
With the slight tremor that is gift with purchase with one or the other of my new meds, 100% inside the lines ain't happening. So I tell myself that those little errors are proof that it was hand-colored rather than done by computer. The more complex the design, the harder it is to see any goofs, anyway. Mostly the tremor isn't a problem - at the moment the only thing it is keeping me from doing is taking pictures with my phone.
Happy birthday, ND!!
Lovely mandala, bonny.
There were tornadoes around hereish. I'm fine and so is my fam.
I'm fine and so is my fam.
Glad to hear it. Parts of Raleigh are looking pretty destroyed, but I don't know which parts are your fam's parts.
Happy Birthday to Drew,
Happy Birthday to Drew,
Happy Birthday Mr. Noise Design,
Happy Birthday to Drew!
Destroyed? Yikes. I haven't been paying attention to the news. I'm so glad you are okay, smonster!
The more complex the design, the harder it is to see any goofs, anyway.
Totally. I like to call it blending. That way, it's artistic.
amych, NW quadrant, near Shelley Lake. Just talked to them and they had some hail and wind and 2" of rain in a few minutes, but no damage. I need to check in with my coworker in Holly Springs.
eta coworker and fam are fine, and so is their house, but it did come through their neighborhood and down many trees. Their power is out right now.
Hivemind font question - though I'll cc: the font and crafts thread - DH is wondering what's the best font for his cv these days - he had it in TNR. Science-geek audience. He's applying internally, which would be a really good thing atm. Thanks for your help.
Yeah, the in-laws are in Holly Springs, and I'm pretty convinced that when they said everything was fine, they hadn't actually left their own block yet - their side of town was definitely in the thick of it. But they're fine themselves, which is the major thing.
S. was down at the coast for today, and promised not to start back until the weather had passed - so he'll be late, but at least he's sane that way.
