Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Is it wrong that I find this headline amusing, or is it the Vicodin?
Finding it amusing would be a logical response.
ION, I love the Leonard Nemoy episode of Colombo. We thought Colombo should have said, "No Vulcan is gonna kill Grandpa Walton on my watch."
Showed up at the bar for my suprise. Jon got me a new dog! She's a terrier/mini dachshund mix.
pics or it didn't happen
She's a terrier/mini dachshund mix.
That sounds cute!
I went to the grocery store after work. The checkout line had a display, at kid-eye-level, of kids' books. I guess they put together this display for Black History Month, or maybe it's still there from MLK Day, because it was a bunch of picture books with black kids as main characters, and some elementary-level biographies of Harriet Tubman and Frederick Douglass, and a few other things like that. And then, mixed in with these, I noticed "For Colored Girls who Considered Suicide When the Rainbow is Enuf." It's got a bright happy-looking cover, and it's a short book, so I guess someone decided it was for kids.
~ma for DCJ. I hope you feel better soon, and that the Vicodin helps.
I want to see doggie pics too!
PUPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
erin, I will be down in NOLA volunteering (I hope) from 3/19 to 3/24, and will likely stay until the weekend. I know you're only planning a short trip, and it may seem odd, but I recommend volunteering for a day if you can. You'll see an important part of the city that many tourists don't. No pressure or guilt, really - just my two cents.
It's how I fell in love with this place, volunteering here.
