Whoa. Good myth.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

passes whiskey to Sail

The first infusion went well, and my only worry at this point is whether or not I'm going to be able to keep my second appointment on Thursday because of snow. I now have a colonoscopy and endoscopy scheduled next week. Health really has become a full time job. Although, I really have to say I am so much more impressed with the system I have now rather than the old system I was dealing with. Everyone talks to each other and do what they say they're going to do.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Glad the infusion went well, sj! Good health care really does make a big difference in your overall mental outlook. I've got a fairly decent doctor right now, but I really miss the one I had before her. She listened, really listened, and that makes a heck of a difference.

“Not dead yet!”

Filing away all the NO talk because if a story idea I'm working on pans out and I actually wind up selling it, it may mean research trip to Crescent City.

sj, glad the first infusion went well and hoping the weather holds up for you to make your second appointment.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Glad health stuff is going well sj! Jon called to see if I'd come by the bar after work. He has a surprise. That should be good.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

she went in to brush her teeth, came back to the bedroom and he had died

Wow, that drives home the fragility of life, for sure.

Hugs to all who are suffering.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Not completely coherent right now.

What ita said. Hugs.

Is it wrong that I find this headline amusing, or is it the Vicodin?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Is it wrong that I find this headline amusing, or is it the Vicodin?

Finding it amusing would be a logical response.

ION, I love the Leonard Nemoy episode of Colombo. We thought Colombo should have said, "No Vulcan is gonna kill Grandpa Walton on my watch."
