Umm... I'm thinking you can think of enough things without my help, Steph. But I am glad you ar e home and feeling better

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Just tired. Monday was my first day back at the gym in over 6 weeks. All I did then, like today, was mosey around the track for 12 minutes. I don't think I overdid it, but maybe I didn't eat properly today (I had pancakes for lunch). I can see I need to get back into a better meal routine on gym days (if that was the problem; that's only a guess on my part).
My plans for the rest of the night are: (1) eat eggs, and (2) loaf.
Geez, Steph. That's unsettling. Rest and feel better!
Hope you feel better Steph. I had a rough night at the gym last night, it was a real fight to make it through my workout. Not passing out bad like you experienced, but just a real nasty slog to get through my batch of cardio.
Maybe a blood sugar drop? (disclaimer: not a doctor) I've had similar happen, but if I have a piece of fruit (generally a banana) before I work out, I don't have those sudden energy crashes.
((Teppy)) Hope you feel better.
Thanks for the information. I'll try to contact them, I can't pay it off immediately but maybe I can work out something.
I also need to figure out why 1 store card account is showing up three times with three different amounts as showing all paid off around the same time. I should have done this a long time ago but I'm still breaking my of Ignore it And it Will go away approach to problems.
Yikes, Steph! I hope it's just some weird passing thing with no lasting consequences.
I, on the other hand, pass out a lot. Like this morning when I decided to have a bagel instead of toast. Stop me if you've heard this one...I was slicing the bagel the knife slipped...
I wound up on the couch and was 2 hours late for work. I called in clumsy.
It probably needs stitches, but I didn't want to take the time and spend the money to go to Urgent Care or the Emergency Room.
It hurts like hell, and I probably need a tetnus booster, but I think I'll live.
The interview went ok. I hope they liked me.
::carefully bubble-wraps Teppy and quester and sets them in (separate) rooms full of fluffy pillows::
::passes quester a dozen pre-sliced bagels::
Oh quester...a friend who is an emergency room nurse says that the number one home injury he treats is senseless bagel debacles. Poor you!
Oh Steph, poor you too! Much calm and non-gravity related lounging to you. There isn't much I hate worse than that woozy feeling. blergh.
quester, yikes!!! Keep all your limbs attached!

That's my guess. I didn't have the best breakfast (1/4 cup pistachios, 2 Trader Joe's fruit leather things [hat-tip to Cass for turning me onto those crazy-high fiber things]), and then I had pancakes for lunch (and 2 sausage links).
I definitely need to eat more quantity, more balanced, and more closely (time-wise) to my workout on the days that I work out.
My blood sugar has actually been weird since I got sick, but I've just been chalking it up to the illness. I know I'm fat, but I have fasting blood tests once a year, and my blood sugar has never ever been out of whack, so I honestly don't think it's The Diabeeeeetus.
I think I just need to not eat pancakes for lunch. Damn it.
