Watching Poirot. Woo to the hoo!
Steph, I support you going. You can't be sure they'll take you seriously if you go, but they don't have the chance to if you don't go. Sooner diagnosed, sooner treated.
'Objects In Space'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Teppy, if you go, you can phrase it, "I mentioned my lungs aching, and several friends got all freaked out. So to put them at ease, I have promised to get this checked out." Incidentally, every time I start typing to you, Harvey leaps up into my arms, burrows into my shawl and starts purring. I don't think it's coincidence. I think he senses how concerned I am about you.
ION, Daniel is at the grocery store a few blocks from here, waiting on AAA. He stopped there to look for something nice for supper after rolling back into town after work, and when he tried to start it, it didn't cooperate. And then he managed to lock the keys inside it.
Bronchitis is fairly serious, too. It seems like you may haz, though despite the blue eyes, impairment and antisocial manner, I'm not actually House. Go get treated, and remember...it's never lupus.
Sorry, I should have mentioned this before, Daniel got back about half an hour after I posted he was waiting for AAA. The truck has battery cable terminals which are corroded. As this is a repair which I myself have performed on a number of occasions, I see this as a PITA rather than a deal-breaker.
Glad Daniel got back okay and that it's a relatively easy fix.
Can't sleep. So tired. Wish I could conk out like my dog. Wish I had a few more days of weekend.
Hey, smonster, what's the name of the place in the Marigny you guys stayed at last month?
Zen, no idea. Maybe someone in Great Write Way would know?
Thanks, JZ.
Nora, we stayed at Storyville Hotel. We had a lovely time, but the owner's sense of decor is... quirky. The backyard is gorgeous, and there's a 2nd floor balcony with rocking chairs. Our room lookedout on the street, but the ground floor room in the back is quite dark. It's on Esplanade, a few blocks north of North Rampart. No breakfast. Call me if you want more info.
