oh you crazy crazy people, it was some discussion similar to this about bookshelves and libraries that went on for 100s of posts (or it seemed like at the time) that made me tell my friend, and former poster, marthac "they're crazy, can't they just talk about the shows?!?" good times.
IOcrazypersonN - FOOD REPORT
finished off a bag of raisins, mac finished off a bag of goldfish, I cooked up some chickpeas and had them on a salad along with some homemade salad dressing (using oil/vinegar/mustard/spices), made cornbread (using cornmeal and jalepeno tabasco).
I am running out of things mac will eat, so am actually having to buy weekly stuff for him, but he is still assisting in using up the condiments.
"they're crazy, can't they just talk about the shows?!?"
And when's the last time you've been in a show thread, little lady?
NATTERER.
God, I'm over today. Despite the rockin' tights.
My cat wouldn't be able to stay out of the craft room; she loves to nose her head under the stretcher bars while I'm cross-stitching and then put her body between my eyes and the project.
ETA: Since today is payday, it's also pay-my-bills day. Only good thing about it was finding out that my credit card company has bumped up my limit by $200 (not that I'm planning on taking advantage of it, though--as soon as I get my car paid off this year, the first thing the old car payment is going to do will be to pay off the balance on that Mastercard).
I KNOW!! That's why it's funny!
Re: Buffista Academy. With everyone here, especially Sophia, I can only imagine what the costume shop would look like for the drama program. We'd also have kickass lights and sound.
When it comes to real life school right now, dear me. I am so freaking busy it's just not even funny. For all intents and purposes, next week is the last week (8th grade graduation is Thursday, so I won't have any students after that). But the last 2 weeks have been crushingly busy and will continue to be that way until 9pm on Tuesday when the Spring One Acts are ovah!
In other words, I are tired.
Hey, we could bring Castiel in to teach theology.
Or not.
Lesson 1: God is not on any flatbread.
I can't believe it's not even 5 yet. Good lord.
I even went out for a while to the mall nearby. The most depressing mall ever. There are like 5 stores left there now. One is an H&M so I thought I'd see if I could get a black tee-shirt but eesh. Nothing fit right at all. I blame the depressing mall.
I had no idea you lived near Metcalf South in Overland Park.
Ok. There is no one from my team still in the office, and I have worked my butt off today. Should I go ahead and leave? I said I'd be here until 5, but at this point I'm just waiting to see if other people finish stuff before 5 so I can look at it.
