I've gone to ridiculous lengths to get laid a few times, but the only one I didn't think ultimately worth it was a 5-hour drive that ended in the other guy deciding he didn't want to anymore in mid-act.
At least I still had time to drive over to my favorite restaurant in Nashville and have some blue marlin to go with the theme of the evening.
Today's CSA - 2 bags of big leaf lettuce, two big bundles of spinach, and a bundle of parsley. I still have lettuce, spinach, and parsley from last week. I ended up splitting today's haul with one of my friends.
Two words: spinach pesto.
Would spinach chips work? [link] The kale chips are amazingly yum, but spinach is more delicate.

I just went to Burger King. They have life-size pictures of characters from the Twilight: Eclipse movie stuck to the doors.
They also have Twilight toys in the kids' meal.

I went to the comic book sale. Oy. Three Owlys, The Losers trades, a Buffy trade, Lucifer Morningstar, and an Umbrella Academy button, the one with the flag (perfect for July 4th). And, best for last, a handmade fabric doll. Vampire Matroyshka: "From the old country comes this incredibly scary matroyshka doll - said to protect the owner from sparkly boys." I could not resist. Oh, and the Dr. Horrible.
