I went to the comic book sale. Oy. Three Owlys, The Losers trades, a Buffy trade, Lucifer Morningstar, and an Umbrella Academy button, the one with the flag (perfect for July 4th). And, best for last, a handmade fabric doll. Vampire Matroyshka: "From the old country comes this incredibly scary matroyshka doll - said to protect the owner from sparkly boys." I could not resist. Oh, and the Dr. Horrible.

Ok, brief "bitch please" --got on the plane. Am in first class. Have bridesmaid dress in hand, in plastic. Am trying to not get it all wrinkled, cause hello? No time to get that fixed. So I ask the attendant if I canput it in the closet, where that is--and she says "oh, well it's pretty full with bags and peoples coats and stuff you might want to just fold it up and put it in the overhead". Bitch, I'm like the fourth person to walk on the plane. If there's bags in there they're YOURS. Maybe te coats can go above??

You can't go wrong with Avatar. I remember when they withheld the last eps of the third season and they leaked online. I DL'd them and Emmett and I watched everything but the finale on my laptop in a hotel room while we were at an away baseball tournament. It's just a really well thought out story. Great characters, great arcs, beautifully realized. Funny lines. It kind of blows me away in retrospect that we don't even see Toph and barely Azula in S1. (Of course, we don't get much Iroh in S3 which is a loss.)

Nears, you have to call bullshit on them. The flight attendants have their stuff in the first class closer so that they can get off quickly. Make them move their shit.

I have had the evening to myself.

So far I have watched the Abby-NCIS marathon, surfed around on the internet, cleaned the living room, ran a load of laundry, cleaned the kitchen and I'm considering attacking my room.

I feel like I should have done something more indulgent. Not sure what, but CJ is due home in about an hour.

Ugh. Client who has been MIA about feedback so far on an already tight-deadline project sent me extensive directives at 6pm tonight that require me to redesign all the pages I've done over the last 4 days, and capped it by telling me not to work the whole weekend.

Unless she has a TARDIS I can borrow, both are not options.
