How did your brain even learn human speech? I'm just so curious.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Ginger is pretty much me!

Me too. I suspect mine was sort of a proto-feminist fascination with Dagny Taggart.

What I mean by #4 defaulting to #2 is somewhat like- I have no reason to believe I will be able to fly tomorrow, therefore, I probably won't.

Coding and Sleeping

Leif cracked me up last night when he referred to himself in the third-person. "That does not make the Leifster laugh!"

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

She may not have been making the face at you at all! Maybe she was just having a shitty day and happened to be making that face your way. (Signed, Gets Accused of "Giving Looks" When I'm Not Intending To)

My face just looks like that! I literally just posted in LJ about this very issue. Although I'm not generally looking someone up and down with Accidental Stank Face.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

To me, #4 means that I don't care if I can fly tomorrow, since I was driving anyway.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

That is not going to be good for my productivity.

Whoa. No kidding.

Apparently mine does too, which is why I'm careful where I point it.

Well, except for when I'm randomly pointlessly smiling. Needless to say, I have to be careful what I do with those too. Even more careful, in fact.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

The Google logo apparently has a 2 player option. Insert two coins.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

#4 defaulting to #2 is somewhat like- I have no reason to believe I will be able to fly tomorrow, therefore, I probably won't.

To me, #2 implies that one has actually weighed the possibility. #4 carries no such implication. #2 is more like #1 than #4 - they're both answers to the same question, while #4 is potentially answering no question at all.
