Well, if we followed the recipe...should be cake. A demon-violence-free-zone cake.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

And they should use vanilla flavored tea or a syrup

But if they used vanilla flavoured tea I couldn't get Earl Grey one morning and English Breakfast another and Chai on Wednesday. Because they're really not going to have vanilla flavours of every single tea they make. So I vote no. Also, what difference would syrup make over powder?

The naming would clear things up, I agree.

Also, Australia's tie with Ghana was also a game where the socceroos played a man down for more than half the game.

I got callaloo (amaranth) in my CSA haul this week. Anyone know how to use it?

THROW IT AWAY.

Or use it like collard greens. Assuming it's what we call callaloo in Jamaica. I think we prep it identically to every way I've ever had collard greens--with pig flavouring.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Is that a powder?

Oooh, thanks for reminding me I've got already cooked bacon in the fridge. My breakfast sandwich just got tastier.

Coding and Sleeping

That's true. I was thinking Australia was eliminated for some reason and wouldn't be playing very hard. But a quick look shows that they are still in it, very much so with a loss by Germany. Group D is more open than I was thinking.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Mighty meara:

Happy Birthday, Teppy! May your busy week go smoothly, and your upcoming vacation be as fab as you are.

I think the other way is hard too, though. When I'm in wet, my skin and hair are so much happier and it's so much easier to breath (believe it or not!) God bless humidification

::gospel hand::

My trip to Phoenix a few years ago was ROUGH. I felt desiccated the whole time. I am a delicate tropical flower, y'all.

I don't know if I've ever smelled orange blossoms -- at least in the wild, so to speak.

Gah, I was lucky enough to be in Athens, Greece, one spring. AMAZING.

therappe

I am so stealing this.

Joss' birthday! Oh crap. ::searches:: Yep, my local Can't Stop the Serenity is sold out. Poop. I missed it last year, too.

I have tried to show Chloe pictures of your B-Boy in your e-mail newsletter

Ooo! How did I not know you have a newsletter? I want on! Do I sign up on your website?

I think the U.S. ends as the top team in the group edging out England.

It's so weird that we don't totally suck anymore. But cool!

msbelle is moving on Bastille Day!

msbelle is moving on my birthday!

Vive la revolution! Vive la Texas! Vive la Zen!

Lapsang souchong has a dark, smoky flavor which is kinda sorta espresso-y.

I lurve Lapsang souchong in the winter.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Wikipedia tells me that callaloo is a Trinidadian side dish made with amaranth, so it's probably the same veg you're thinking of, ita. Treat it like collards sounds good. Thanks!

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I knew I could never go home again when I started getting serious boogies when I went back to Phoenix. I gave all the guests at my wedding kleenex in their gift bags.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm a little jingoistically offended that the callaloo entry in Wikipedia is so Trinidad-focussed. WhatEV. It's totally not a dish in Jamaica, it's a leafy green. It's weird thinking about it the Trinidadian way, which means they're wrong.
