Coffee is a high-nitrogen soil amendment, but unbrewed it will be distinctly on the acid side.

In my extensive rauccous party experience of throwing coffee grounds on puke I'm going to say "actually absorbs odors" (along with actually absorbing the puke).

So this whole slew of kids from this super elite, expensive, fancy private school near where my family lives in Massachusetts showed up at my university in China today. Apparently they have a summer program. Who knew?! My favorite part, though, was when they asked me where I was from, and I told them, they all tried to hied their horrified and shocked expressions. My town has SUCH a bad reputation, I can never decide if I think it's sad or funny...
