I think MK's gotten fatter since the abscess-anti-b-shot-necessary. That's a good thing. Also, it's been a 10 days and no sign of recurrence, so that's good. I hope I'm not jinxing him. I still expect it back, just hope it holds off until I am back in town,if it is gonna.

Ah, Baltimore. I've got a patrol car and a van parked in front of my house and officers chilling under my tree. Pretty sure they are waiting on one of the occupants of the rental across the street. Don't have a clue why, though. One of them is definitely a case, but... who knows. Officers were very nice when I asked them about a for sale house 2 door down with a recently opened window. Can't help now (duh, wasn't asking!) but told me who to call. (311)

P-C, I suspect that the both the sewer service and the wastewater treatment charge are based on your usage. I don't know of any place that includes water and sewer in taxes. It would be unfair, and there would be nothing to keep people from watering their lawns 24-7.
