I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

What is google voice.

Food update:

Half a can of tomato and green chili

Half a small brick of velveeta

Another pitcher of iced tea done

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

mmm.....velveeta.

With google voice, you can get a new number and it will consolidate all of your phone needs -- you will get voicemail box which can be downloadable (so my kids can record a podcast or presentation or a spoken word piece for me from their cell phone and I can upload it to my computer or to my website) and google will automatically transcribe. It would be useful for parent phone calls!

you can also block numbers, screen messages, have calls ring at any other number you want. It's kinda cool. And free for now. But you need an invite.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I just got back from the Bevmo 5 cent sale.

Oops.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Finished a half marathon this morning. It was a hilly one, so desperately slow, but at least I made it in under 3 hours. Now back from champagne (Indian buffet) brunch. This nap will be GD epic.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Congrats, bon bon. That's one well deserved nap.

Also, I think I might have to start saving for orthodontia now

I consider myself in the same boat. Oh well.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

I just got back from the Bevmo 5 cent sale.

Iiiiieeee! Did they have either the pink fizzy vodka or the Pinky vodka on sale? If so, I may plead and plead with you to go back, and then hang on to stuff for me.

I don't know. The 5 cent sale was for wine (buy one bottle, get one for 5 cents), but they had other stuff on sale. I could look. eta: Do you know the name of either.

Thanks to Matt H (who is awesome, by the way), I have a tv stand instead of a box! [link]

Franny is adorable, the little rocker!

OMG, it is awful out there. I nixed a 5 mile walk this morning, cause it was already something like 88 at 9 am and muggy as hell. I envisioned collapse. I've done it before, but later in to the hot season, when I'm better acclimated. Waited until lanes opened and swam...good thing I decided early, as I was leaving they decided to close in 10 minutes to clean it (needed it, was very murky.)

Briefly wandered through Honfest. They had a bunch of kids with dance routines on one of the stages. There was the cutest little girl, maybe 3 or 4, who did a little swimming dance thing, with complete confidence. Lots of good food there, but since I have plenty of food...good people watching. Came home and vacuumed. I'm losing the war against cathair.
