YAY MAC!!! YAY MSBELLE!!!

I just unplugged my big old Tv and disconnected it from everything. Man am I going to be pissed if dude doesn't show up to take it.

I also found a box big enough to ship either the Tivo or the dvd player to someone, so I can hopefully do that tomorrow.

We had our first cherries of the season. very disappointing, almost no flavor. I guess too early still.

IOfoodN - I did all the prep work for 2 green bean casseroles. I will freeze one and cook the other tomorrow. that uses up 2 cans of soup, frozen peas, the worcestershire sauce and I will be subbing in some dried onion for fresh to finish that up AND finishing up the third, but not last, bottle of hot sauce, I will also finish off the romano cheese over the top of them.

Because books.

We have some cherries right now and I was surprised at how good they were, this early.

I've never heard of green bean casserole with hot sauce in it! Our standard growing up was canned green beans in cream of mushroom soup with onion rings on top.

Amy, that's the basic recipe, but I usually saute some onions, add the cream soup, add some milk, then some worcestshire and hot sauce(just a couple tsps each, if that.) Pour that all over the green beans (and sometimes mixed in peas), top sometimes with cheddar (that's much more church potluck traditional), but sometimes romano or parm, and then the french fried canned onions if I have them. nom nom nom. such comfort food for me. I eat a 6x10 pyrex dish by myself in three meals.

Cherries down here were awesome this week. I had an epiphany when I ate the first one.

Oh, good god, sara, your hair looks so cute like that!

We always use frozen regular onion rings, and man, I can eat that up, too. It's so 1950s magazine recipe food, and I LOVE it. We still have it every Easter or ... I pout.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Sara, you're such a bombshell.
