You never know if a girl's gonna say 'yes', or if she's gonna laugh in your face and pull out your still-beating heart and crush it into the ground with her heel.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

That's horrible, Cashmere. Very sorry for your loss.

Is May the new March or something? Was there a memo?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, Cash, how horrible. I'm so very sorry for your loss. I hope your mother comes out of hospital soon.

In trivial news, I found the skirt. Was important for my mood. Rainbow of purples. I don't go as far as selecting an outfit the day before--my wardrobe isn't very complicated. Also, nowhere to put the stuff. Bedroom a total mess. I should get on that.

Punishingly Intricate

Cashmere, I'm so sorry.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, Cashmere, how awful.

Because books.

This is just weird. They made her look like Megan Fox.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

It doesn't look like her at all. Why get one of the most famous actresses in the world and then change her appearance so drastically? They also narrowed her eyes. Crazycakes!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

So sorry, Cash. The universe needs to back the fuck off.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Many sympathies, Cash and family.

In feline news, Max made it through the tests okay yesterday. Took him longer than expected to recover from the anesthesia -- he was still pretty woozy into the evening. But the vet doing the testing even recovered some fluid from the tracheal tube, and the specialist vet is testing the fluid to see what can be found. So we may be able to avoid the lung wash next week on several points (though as of now, the appointment is still on).

Still waiting for results.

Coding and Sleeping

Remember how Spiderman and a group of Jedi stopped a comic book thief in Australia? Well, now it's Ninjas making the awesome headlines.

Hot pursuit ninjas save Australia mugging victim

Australia, stop being so f*cking awesome, you're making the rest of the world look bad.

hip deep in pie

I'm so sorry Cash.
