Anyone recommend any free diet journaling sites? All I know is fitday.
If you have an iPhone, the LoseIt! app is the best thing since sliced bread. Online, there's SparkPeople, but I hated it.
The BART train I am on is stalled in Daly City and the guy in the seat next to me smells.
We are dressed in swimsuits, waiting for mr. flea to finish mowing the lawn, and I hope to god it doesn't thunder (it's only 20% odd on the forecast but the sky is worrying me) or we'll have extremely disappointed children.
I hope the storm passes quickly, sarameg, and holds off until evening for you, flea. Summer thunderstorms tend to hit around 5-6 in my area. Which will make post-work swims hit-or-miss but makes them easy to plan around on weekends.
I remember one summer where we had thunderstorms at 5:15, every other day. You could practically set your watch by them.
We have clouds threatening the airshow down the road. But the planes are still flying overhead. We watched some of the show from our deck.
