A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

TEXAS!!! That's where! WE HAVE A SPARE ROOM!!

I am home now. Mac is asking me to go back out so he can play with sitter more, which is lovely, but not so much for my wallet. I wonder if sitter will leave one of the PS2 games he brought over so mac could continue to play.

mac was also unimpressed with the clothes I bought him. hhrrmmphh. I got striped shirts special. poopiehead child.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

OMG I HATE LOOKING FOR HOTEL ROOMS!

I'm about to start screaming at my screen. All I want is a not too expensive, but not too cheap (under $175 a night inclusive of parking charges) place for ONE NIGHT in San Francisco proper with room for two adults and one child, who is going to be sleeping in the bed with us ANYWAY, so DOUBLE DOUBLES ARE NOT GOING TO WORK FOR US.

You wouldn't think it would be so hard, but APPARENTLY.

Sadly, no. Once you add the kid to the mix, there's either nothing available or the rates soar.

Punishingly Intricate

Don't tell them you are bringing kid?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Will you get to see her on her visit?

Ah, no. She's travelling to see other people. Hussy.

TEXAS!!! That's where! WE HAVE A SPARE ROOM!!

Huh. Would you go figure?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

ABC's coverage of The Belmont is depressing. So far, they've covered a dead trainer and a paralyzed jockey, and I've only been watching for 10 minutes.

She'd be hard to miss on check-in. I went ahead and booked blind on Hotwire. We'll see how that works out!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Also depressing, the existence of a horse named First Dude.
