tommy, I LOVE THAT. All my cats do silent and deadly.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

The rocking chair in the living room belonged to my cat. Occasionally a visitor would sit in her chair. When told why she was giving them the stinkeye, most rational people would move to a different seat. One stubborn gentleman refused to move. She sat down by his ankles and appeared to ignore him. A few minutes later, he rose, gagging, and surrendered.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

He looks better than in recent photos. She looks tired. Did not get close enough to check for jewelry on my recon pass to the bathroom (we are so slick, but the DH was a doubter). Funnily enough, she spotted him on the heels of me mentioning my horrific spotting of John Cusack here before.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am glad I do not watch FNL anymore. From what you all are posting I could not deal with it. I'll pick up the seasons I've missed at some point.

Well we made it through to mac's bedtime and I think he is actually asleep now, but not before another moment of yelling and tears.

This weekend I'm going to aim for quietness in my alone times. Possibly some meditation. Should that not pan out, I may hit a bar.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Huh. I've lived a life free of (noticeable) cat farts.

You haven't had kittens or geriatric cats in a while, have you, tommy?

msbelle, someday you'll love watching FNL again.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

sarameg - where did you get those shoes in the front that you wore to the wedding? I had a pair almost just like those years ago and the dog ate them (they must be a tasty style) and I've tried for YEARS to replace them. Although knowing my luck with shoes you probably got them in Yemen 12 years ago.

Nope.

I have no idea. I've had them since at least 2002 (when I wore them to yet another wedding!) though probably longer, cause they weren't new then they've worn really well. Starting to get some patent peeling around the buckles, solved by a sharpie marksalot. They are the Unlisted brand.

And I feel your pain. I've been looking for more like them and haven't seen like in stores. Online is better, but I really can't buy online unless I know the brand fits me already. I've got odd feet.

My neighbor has volunteered to do all the returns for Zappos shopping for me, but it still seems like such a chore.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Much healthy~ma for Matt's dad, ND's mom, and Pix's mom. The universe needs to lay off right the fuck now.

Plugging my ears for FNL talk. I'm saving up the episodes so I can watch a bunch at once. It'll be easier to take the pain in one shot.

Yes, Harrison Ford still wears the earring. [link]
