I've sometimes found that, for stretching out tight muscles, it helps to alternate in 30 second or one minute intervals between the stretching and something cardio, like running in place or jumping jacks. Also, with things like bike riding, I know that I have to stretch right after the ride and make a conscious effort to keep my muscles loose for a little while after.

Yeah, they've been together for years now. From what I've read, they live together and she's really involved in his kids' lives, but they just don't want to actually get married. (He has three teenage or preteen daughters with his first wife, Kerry Kennedy, one of RFK's daughters.)
