Yeah, they've been together for years now. From what I've read, they live together and she's really involved in his kids' lives, but they just don't want to actually get married. (He has three teenage or preteen daughters with his first wife, Kerry Kennedy, one of RFK's daughters.)
Aside from everything real, I am so sad there is no longer a Kerry Kennedy Cuomo! Best Democrat name ever.
