What you did to me was unbelievable, Connor. But then I got stuck in a hell dimension by my girlfriend one time for a hundred years, so three months under the ocean actually gave me perspective. Kind of a M.C. Escher perspective, but I did get time to think.

information libertarian

Material culture (i.e. swords) is consumed in this case by being deposited as a grave good. That part is actually the sense-making part of the sentence.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

How do you consume a blade? Other than painfully?

You could be a sword swallower. No, I dunno how that works.

I keep staring at the boots page at Zappos. It's alluring. I really think I need a pair of laceup 3/4" heel black boots, and really want cowboy boots.

Because books.

msbelle, I'm sorry.

And smonster, that'll definitely do it. Glad you figured it out.

ita, if you wear a seven(ish) you can have mine. I never wear them anymore, but they're good ones, so I can't seem to just get rid of them.

Aw, thanks Amy. But I have almost big feets. No can do.

Hmm. I think there's a decent boot store right near me. I should just close down the Zappos window and hope I have enough energy tomorrow to go look.

To change the subject ... does anyone have any kind of a take on the Sarah Palin-Joe McGinnis kerfuffle? There have been allegations on both sides ... and he did pull out "Nazi" ....

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

The dress code at my office is you have to be dressed. People pretty much wear whatever they want.

This is why I will have to work at Microsoft until I become an independently wealthy gothy icon. No dress code. I still am occasionally asked if it's a holiday in my country, but I'm used to that.

Jilli, it should always be a holiday in your country (if so, can I file for citizenship?).

She's being kind of ridic. I hadn't heard about the Nazi comment though. Also, he's apparently getting that place for a steal because Palin stiffed the person who owns it for some repairs.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

And she pretty strongly implied pedophilia. I don't much care for either, but I think Bible Spice wins the creepiness contest in this one by many many furlongs.
