Leverage made my ears perk up because of CK and, yeah, the guy who killed Sam. I knew who Tim Hutton was and it was vaguely interesting, but it's been a long time since he really made an impression on me in a movie. I mean,
Ordinary People
and that ilk was thirty years ago.
But I love him in the show! I had no idea who John Rodgers was.
My to-date in person freakout total stands at: Eric Idle. And I'd have it again. I don't see myself ever getting over that one.
I remain because Leverage is love.
Yes, yes it is. I did not expect to love them all (yes, even Sophie--that startled me) as much as I do, but ♥ all round.
eta: And, honestly, Aldis? OMG. I did not expect to find Hardison hotter than Eliot. Eliot is textbook hot. But Hardison? Sheeit. And Aldis is about 12 years old and paints and plays the violin and does capoeira. Shoot me now.
I find Tim Hutton more attractive in person than on screen. There's just an aura about him; he's very self-confident, but also a totally nice guy, two things which don't always show up together.
I watched Leverage for the heists! And stayed for everything else.
ION, I just got an invitation for a fundraiser for our governor...with Magic Johnson. Isn't he the enemy???

You're on the East Coast, yes? YES! You are evil and should be shut down.
I'll eventually watch Leverage. Everyone I know is watching it and making geebly noises at me.
I am still proud of myself for not fangirling out at Gerard Way at ComicCon last year. I talked to him as a reasonable adult! I did not shriek, flail, or blurt out things like
"OHMYGODYOUAREEVENCUTERTHANYOURPHOTOS".
The next test will be if I can manage not to do that if I meet Adam Lambert. (Which there is a faint possibility of, even. Because I know people who know people.)

I am in Actual Boston, and the Celtics are about to BRING IT.
Heh. I could not work out why Magic was bad.
Obviously I will always try out anything John Rogers does that he recommends (so no Core or Catwoman), and, really my 20 year faith in his talent has been pretty well born out. But I always liked him for his tastes. I just had no idea he'd get this big a fucking stage.
Forgive me. I'm in the midst of a huge Montreal nostalgia-fest right now. I miss people.
I totally watched Leverage for Timothy Hutton. I did slightly freak out at Eric Idle, but I'm sure I would totally freak when faced with Timothy Hutton.
