"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Weeeeeell, it depends. Essentially, you have to determine if the material is what is known as "work for hire". I would think that, traditionally, materials created by teachers belong to them, not the school.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

The hoodsurfing video makes me laugh. Man's crazy.

It's actually impressive, having seen the pertinent Mythbusters episode.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I haven't seen that Mythbusters episode. Do tell.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I didn't listen to the audio of the CK hoodsurfing video, but him hoodsurfing? He's the doof that removed 17 stitches himself a week or so after getting them put in his face. I'm not slightly surprised. Unless he was spouting racist or sexist stuff while he was doing it, it doesn't significantly change my opinion of his persona.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, it's the center quickedit, isn't it? I kept wondering why people were putting Parker to the right in their posts.

Me too! How did this never come up before?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I just thought they were very afraid of what Parker would do after they chucked her.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, back when I was in IT, they were just starting to realize about IP at my company, so they made us sign, but well after the fact. I objected and they let me add a waiver. Wherein I claimed everything I`d done up to that point and everything unrelated to the specific projects I was working on at the time. They never should have let me get away with that, but since it was also a noncompete I think they figured they had my brains anyway.

ION, roommate just woke up. It`s almost two.

It's in the quickedit popup above the posting box. I bet you don't use ] either, do you?

Nah. CK doesn't seem to be either, but he does admit that he loves pussy. (In his defense, he was drunk when he said it. Not that I think it isn't true, just that he probably wouldn't have phrased it quite so indelicately if sober.) Audio of the hoodsurfing incident, as far as I can make it out, is CK urging the driver (who I think is Jensen Ackles) to go faster, and driver insisting that he does not wish to kill anyone.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

At my university the standard is that the course is the property of the school but your individual power points etc are not. So if you developed a course on Pediatric Nursing, and you left, we could still use the course, the description, the outline, syllabus. In practice, most of the teachers leave everything, but also take it. They do occasionally bring on consultants to develop courses, but not teach them, and they pay them for their content.
