Oy. New sister news. The gall bladder is inflamed enough that they may not be able to remove it laproscopically.
Every prayer in the WORLD that they can. Various health issues make full abdominal surgery on the kid particularly risky stuff.

Trudy, I think that's what this is - the retroactive.
Man, all vibes possible for your sis. (Except the kind that might inflame the gall bladder.)
Interesting. This school makeover show is actually confronting the administration. Not quite in the most productive way, but it's something. The teachers have all been complaining that they need supplies, and that they've put in forms requesting paper and pencil sharpeners and all sorts of other stuff and they've never gotten them, and the TV people found (or "found") a storage room in the basement that's full of all those supplies gathering dust. I'm uncertain what's going on totally, though.
Lots of vibes for your sister, Trudy.
Any chance you can take advantage of the delayed opt-in thingy and not lay out the cash? You know, have the paperwork and only send it in if you end up needing the insurance during that window.
Yeah, I already incurred the medical costs. I had TWO DAYS uninsured (but I was told I was insured) and I hit up the ER. Fucking annoying. So I'm shelling out for the COBRA to cover the gap.
I hope your sister is okay, Trudy.
—ma for your sister, Trudy.
My bff from law school, who looks a lot like John Stewart
Sparky, I've met him, right? He is pretty funny.
Health-ma for your sister, Trudy.
And now this show is talking to Gov. Schwarzenegger about why the schools are in such bad condition. Specifically asked who's to blame for the school falling apart and being infested with rodents and things. Arnold answered labor, special interests, lack of parent involvement, and then there was a weird edit, and then he said, "and the government."
I wish I could trust shows like this to stick with basic journalistic standards. I want to learn something here, but I don't trust the edits.
I've been feeling progressively worse all day, and I was getting pretty woozy waiting in line at the register so I could buy Greek yogurt, and some sake for to make stir fry this weekend. I just got home from work and took my temperature. I have a fever. Probably shouldn't have gone to work today, huh. At least I didn't try going to the gym?
