At Krispy Kreme, I ask them to fish out a doughnut for me before it gets glazed. It's basically sweet frybread at that point, and is nom.
Oh, that's a good idea. Because the sugar from a hot glazed Krispy Kreme doughnut hits my system like an entire package of Peeps, and I get a bit ... giddy. But sweet frybread sounds PERFECT.

I'm trying to decide if I can go to the Uproar on the Lakeshore to see the Dairyland Dolls and the Minnesota Roller Girls. Sounds like a kick-ass time.
Tim Hortons doughnuts haven't been the same since they now parbake and ship them frozen. Also, they've stopped making butter tarts, which seems so unCanadian.

I KNOW! So exciting for them! I think they play Minnesota first? Sadly my friend the Duchess of Torque won't be with them because she broke her ankle last month. She did make a hilarious poster of the all star women as bananas, though.
Parenthood just broke me. I'm not sure if it's because I'm super tired and my nerves are frayed, or if it really did hit me that hard.

Now I want funnel cake. It's so easy to make, I am tempted. Except I think I don't have enough oil.

Well, I did the first go on 3/4 of the 13 spindles. That is, I did 3/4 of each spindle, because the other side is awkward. Didn't make appointments, hopefully buy tickets tonights because I am about to head out the door as soon as I get the call to pick up Taylor. If I hadn't gone back to bed between 8:30 and 10:30, I might've gotten more done. Ah well, it is stuff that wouldn't normally get done on a Wednesday, so that counts, right?
