Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

If anyone wants to meet men, a high-end camera store is the place to go, I tell you what.

Hmm. Noted.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

He is going to try it out on his motorcycle trip through Oregon this week.

We should have excellent weather for him too.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Mmm, I bought strawberries today, as well as some brats and veg to grill (squash, zucc, red peppers and onions) but Dan was already making some tuna casserole when I got home. I shall grill tomorrow. And I will have to make a spinach salad with strawberries -- that stuff is always good.

I went to Target and got a Swiffer Sweeper, which is charging right now. I will report back on it later. I went with a girlfriend, and we walked around and chatted and I used the zapper and put stuff on my wedding registry. Fun!

Also swept off the back deck (mostly, washed off the charcoal grill, 3 tables and a chair. And watered the seeds I planted earlier this week -- it stopped raining when I planted them, of course. Which is fine!

I am drinking a large glass of iced tea now - mmm, iced tea, like blood in my veins -- and will shower, then take the laptop outside, and look at gardening websites. It has been such a nice weekend.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Back from Balticon. Am as tired as you'd expect after a 4-day con.

Some prelim wedding pictures here: [link] Mine of the ceremony aren't that great, bad angle, simple camera. Can't wait to see what the actual photographers turn out (plus, they have pictures of me, which I don't.)

BOXES WERE THERE! WHoot! Seriously happy. 6 large boxes (shipping large items from Buy buy baby) and two small ones, plus a garbage bag full of packing paper.

mac is finishing up a Pokemon movie. poor noodle, it had him in tears on the subway ride and he just cannot take comforting when he gets sad.

All I want to do is shower and go to bed.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Please tell me that whoever suggested the drug name that sounds exactly like "ass effects" was joking. I mean, really.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I've always heard it "ace-effex"

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The ad on TV says "ass" for sure.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

The guys went to Christopher Elbow's brand new artisanal ice cream store in KC, brought back pints. Um. Creme fraiche ice cream, Vietnamese cinnamon and dark Venezulan chocolate.

It's possible that I made a grave mistake moving away from KC. I love Elbow's chocolates!
