Woe to the fucking wicked.

Anybody know enough chem to tell me whether a student's questions (for an assignment) make any sense? It's intro chem, so nothing too complex.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

My apartment smells like French onion soup. I have to wait another tantalizing hour for it to finish cooking down.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm not liking all the injuries, that's for sure.

Debet, I might be able to help. My chem classes were a long time ago, but some of it probably stuck.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I am also making an apple crisp, with glazed walnuts.

Glazed walnuts are like crack. And now, they and dried cranberries come in a package TOGETHER, for salads, though I use them more in muffins and oatmeal. YAY -- brilliant marketing.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

My DH made me a delicious omelet for brunch today. On one of his trips, he asked for lessons from the omelet guy at the schmancy hotel they put them up at. The guy gave him all sorts of sooper seekret omlette info and now he flips omelets like a pro. And the fact that he is the kind of guy that would ask the omelet station guy for tips and then practice them is one of the reasons why I am crazy about him.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Hmm. I do have butternut squash to use up.

Man, it was a bitch to peel and seed and cut up, though. Disinclines me to use butternut squash in the future.
